We got this for our daughter’s room and it’s been great. Sadly she’s misplaced the remote so she can only turn the light on and off. The colored light ls, timer and various settings are amazing and we feel she’s a little safer without the visible blades to draw her attention.

Would be nice if that setting were retained.Major but manageable issue:Unless the ceiling is high you won’t get much wind if you are sitting in an area that is not directly under the fan. My desk is offset about 2.5 feet to the side of the fan center and I can feel the wind swirling near the bottom of the table around my legs and feet, but not higher around my upper body. I figure that the conical funnel of air requires quite some height before it can expand fully. So, higher the ceiling better is the spread of the cone of air by the time you can feel the wind in your hair.Therefore if you have typical ceiling heights, you may not get the direct benefits of the direct air output by the fan. But if you keep the fan on for sometime (even on low speed) you can feel the humidity gradually leaving the room improving the overall environment.I guess I have to live with that because the fan is good otherwise.

I like the fan and light but it is lacking some force while using the fan and light.The light will click before the light goes on. The light does work as a light should but the fan is not as good stated in the description. The light looks good and I do enjoy but I wish the fan is better.

We got this for my daughter when she got a loft bead for her room. A traditional fan would have put the blades too close to her bed. This fan provided a great alternative both in terms of function and style. Installation required 2 people simply because holding the fan and attaching the wires was too much for one person. My daughter loves being able to control so many functions of the fan with the remote. Part of what makes a product great is the support behind it. I had a small issue with the installation as the ground wire came loose. Support was quick to respond and help. They were also very prompt in addressing an issue we had with our remove. They were pleasant to deal with and very responsive. I would get this again when we go to do our other child’s room. Air circulation is good for the 10 X 10 room.

Works well . Its very lightweight and the light and fan works better than expected for it’s size. The only problem is the mounting bracket doesn’t fit a standard ceiling box so you have to drill out holes for the mounting screws or use anchors.

After a couple months of use the fan blades dropped down their shaft and are resting on the wire grate, so the fan became unusable.The seller has agreed to replace the unit without the need to send back the old one. Their customer service has been very responsive and agreeable.

This fixture was so easy to install, fan works perfectly as does the light. The remote control gives me the option of slowing the fan to the speed I want and it is so quiet as well. The ability to increase or dexcease the luminosity of the light is perfect whether I want bright light or an ambient might depending on my needs or mood.

Have a house and the rooms are so small but these fans definatly make the rooms larger and provide better light, the air flow is really surprising too with them , all in all love them, they are super light so easy and quick to install.. ive heard some say it feels cheap but to me its perfect the way it is u dont really want a heavy cealing fan its more work puting them up and how often are u touching ur light with ur hands, especially when u have a remote.. got three of them only downside was the remotes all work off same one lol so when i turn the light on or off the other light turns on or off, so my house looks like ive got a strobe light at night when im trying to turn off the lights lol trying to sync them together till they both are off

Love the different brightness features on this fan. I got this fan for my son’s room because he has a bunk bed and bed is on the top. He had a regular style fan before but bed is too close to the fan. This style fan works perfect.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing ceiling fan/light and was a little nervous but did it anyway. VERY glad I did. The fan/light was super easy to install and is very cool when the light is on low light. Installed in a downstairs guest bedroom it will allow guests to put the fan on and not cause sound to vibrate through the ceiling to the floor above. The old heavy out of date 1987 fan/light was beyond noisy. So happy for this purchase.

Awesome and beautiful looking. Didn’t expect to enliven the room so well. Only one complaint is the ceiling plate is not designed for US ~3″ ceiling connection. Had to drill holes in the plate to attach to my existing ceiling connector.. According to instruction need to drill in the ceiling but might not be good for hollow ceiling..overall a good product

I love this light/fan. It is bright or dim and the fan moves air well even though it is close to the ceiling. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the remote seems “rinky dink” and if it breaks, I’m concerned about the availability of a replacement. 90% of the items function is based on the remote.

Lot of air flow. Looks nice enough. My biggest problem was that the light cycles through each temperature every time you turned it on. No way to fix. Same with dimmer.With those changes and a better remote, I would have bought 3 more. Instead I returned it.

We put these in two of our bedrooms where our grandchildren are sleeping and they have bunk beds so we were looking for something that wouldn’t be dangerous to the person on the top bunk.These work great! The lighting specifically has multiple settings and work as great night lights as well as regular lighting. There are small star designs that show up when the lights are dimmed, very relaxing. Both the lighting and fan features work beautifully!Highly recommend!

I put this in a kid’s bedroom. I love how lightweight it is. We did in fact move the fan from one bedroom to the other when my kids switched rooms about 6 months ago. I love that my child cannot touch, contact or throw anything at the blades. Really great operation. Very, very pleased! I have had it for 2 years and I am just now writing a review because my child lost the remote (likely put it in the trash when picking up a pile of papers from his backpack clean-out and we did not notice!). The company is sending me a replacement remote at no cost!!! That is what I call excellent service.

4 weeks ago I contacted the company that I have a problem . the light stopped working . they said its the remote . today I received the new remote did not work . the defect is not the remote but the light it self . it will not turn on . and of course no warranty . what should I do . I believe for $180.00 it should at least last more then 4 1/2 month.PS . after finding the problem of a circuit board burn out ,the company without hesitation replaced the light without charged . so, in closing I would like to thank Iris of customer support THANK YOU

Bought for my 16 year old.. Came home to find he installed it himself with no issues and didn’t use directions. So not sure why some reviews saying problems with install. product is great, I did have a dimmer switch and had to change to a regular switch in order to have it function correctly. Love how low profile it is . perfect for a small bedroom.

I love this fan and the 3 speed fan control and 2 level lighting plus the different shade I don’t really use the different shades/colors but it’s a nice option to have my one negative is it is really hard to cleanUPDATE: fan is great even bought 2 more from the company. About the original (hardwired) fan that I first bought. The remote hasn’t aged well its thin so the case is braking. But the new ones (screws into light socket) seem to have fixed this as the remotes are thicker. Only time will tell.

I ordered this light/fan fixture in November of 2020 but didn’t have time to install it until now, May of 2021. I opened the box only to find the contents scattered throughout the box including broken foam etc. The fixture is made of mainly cheap Chinese plastic including the cheap toy plastic remote control which bends and bows with little effort in your hand. Second, the mounting plate is not made for the U.S.A. It is basically a flat piece of metal that needs to be modified to attach to your light/fan box. You need to drill two 1/8 inch holes for the mounting screws and a 1/2 inch hole in the middle for the wires to drop down. Third, I installed it to verify if it worked, what the light output was including the fan speed & fan sound. Once installed after all this, the fixture did not work. No light, no fan, nothing. I tested to verify power and the outlet was hot. That said, the fan or the remote is broken or both. Buyer beware! I would not recommend this fixture! Stay away! For me, because 6 months have passed by, I am no longer eligible for a return and am out $200.00.

We purchased because we wanted a ceiling fan in our small condo kitchen. Remote can’t work the fan speeds correctly because electrician said on dimmer switch with our van lights. We are happy with it on high when needed.

Brughtness …dimmable and light color temp control from 3k to 5k..muddy to bright white light works very well..fan moves a very respectable amount of air for its size. The remote is disappointing due to the necessity of being close and underneath to control functions. If you have a power interruption and you wall switch is on…the light will switch on by itself when main power is back on. If you are going to be away for a few days turn the wall switch off. Overall pleased.just a couple of quirks.

We have recessed lights in our kitchen and the placement of a normal was sort of below the lights which caused an flashing effect. Wife and I decided on this fan due to price. We originally looked at the home Depot one but didn’t want to spend $250 for a fan type we weren’t going to like. The fan is pretty powerful but it kind just blows straight down. I really wish it had a memory feature. We like to use the white type of light but anytime you turn the light off it defaults to the yellow type of light and you need to change it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Due to this we really only use it as needed and really only for the fan to create a breeze in our kitchen

Bought this for my daughters office/study room Her ceiling is very low. She needed something with good airflow and good lighting. Does have great air flow out of it but like some reviews stated the air shoots straight down doesn’t really circulate but does help cool the room down better than before. The lighting is awesome, a couple of choices of lights I think the price is a bit high for what we received should be in the $99-$110 range

Purchased this unit as an inexpensive solution to replace the traditional ceiling fan in our 7-year-old’s room. A great solution for rooms with a bunk bed that need to retain bright lighting.The unit is not extremely well built but exceeds expectations for the price point and ease of use.

It illuminates the room very well. the light temperature and brightness options are great. the problem is there is no memory, so every time you turn the light on it resets back to the initial temperature and brightness, which i wasnt a fan of. Also the fan is pretty loud.
